Not me this time ! Ahchik’s cooking tonight..
Oh.. & apparently tomatoes are cheap today. The indian lady downstairs was telling me.
So, it is a good day to be cooking this dish.. lol
The price for chillies, sawi & kangkung has gone up for the past 5 days, I was told.
Well, I’m not really a marketing person, so it doesn’t really make a big difference.
We don’t usually borong anyway.
The rice was a little wetish.. salah sukat air, I think.
But the chicken was delicious.
