Anyone ever heard of Southgate? It's situated along Jalan Sg. Besi, Kuala Lumpur.
The developer for this twin block is Mah Sing Group and is expected to be ready in year 2011. Another 2 years to go.
This piece of land where Southgate is being built used to be quite a well known landmark. This is where the Malaysian Tabacco Company Berhad used to be before Nichii Fashion City Sdn. Bhd. took over a couple of years back.
Now, they too have to make way for the Mah Sing Group for their new development, two new structures worth approximately RM100mil per block or more, maybe.
